The clothes:

The clothes are second hand from 1850 to 1980.

FN92 is specialized in party dresses and bridal wear from 30s, 40s and 50s.

The hats are original, but the headbands are custom-made by FN92.

90% of all the clothes are listed at www.fn92vintage.com

Where does the clothes come from:

90% is sourced in Hollywood by actress/writer Patricia Scanlon,

the rest is bought from Scandinavian families.

How often does FN92 get new items:

At least once a month.

Rental-service:

It is possible to rent several items for commercial use.

Cleaning service:

All FN92 items can get free steaming when ever you need it.

The clients:

95% of FN92s visitors are browsers looking for inspiration or a trip to a museum, the remaining 5% are mostly private clients, and they alone keep the shop alive. All the hard work is dedicated to them.

The name:

FN92 is the name of a fishing boat from the northern part of Jutland in Denmark.

What does 1950 on the mannequins mean:

1950, 1940, 1970 is the decade.

Sizes:

European sizes are on all the hangers. The sizes are modern sizes and based on the waist measurement.

Return policy:

You can return an item and get something else or a gift certificate.

It is not possible to get your money back.

Getting married?

It is possible to get the shop to yourself from 18 to 22 on weekdays, but only by appointment. Please email info@fn92vintage.com

Around 10% of FN92s clothes comes from private Scandinavian families, who has kept it throughout several decades. But total 90% comes from Los Angeles all hand-picked by the amazing actress Patricia Scanlon.

Our selection of vintage clearly shows Patricia’s talent for hunting down vintage, and here below you’ll get a short summary on her other work.

Patricia Scanlon is also a writer and performer. She has garnered rave reviews and an enormous following, in New York and LA, for her character HILDY HILDY and her episodic play of the same title. The theatre serial has not only attracted a huge number of fans, but a number of talented co-stars…John C. Reilly, Laurie Metcalf, Jane Lynch, Kevin Corrigan, Joanna Cassidy, Tim Maculan, Damian Young, Martin Donavan, Siobhan Falon, Tim Blake Nelson, Elizabeth Berridge, Blue Man Group and others.

Scanlon has also appeared in her own play, “What Is This Everything?,” premiering with co-star James Gandolfini. The play is published in Best Women Playwrights edited by Smith and Kraus, as well as their anthology of Best Monologues For Men.

Patricia Scanlon has performed her solo work at numerous venues including the New York’s Public Theatre, Lincoln Center and was a standout performer at the inaugural Lucille Ball Festival, appearing along side Lewis Black, Alan Ball and Laura Kightlinger. Her screenplay “Odd Girl Out” was optioned by Alison Dickey of Magnet Productions. She has also appeared in numerous other plays in New York and was dubbed “the season’s comic highlight” by Ben Brantley for her critically acclaimed performance in “Blaming Mom” in which she played a quirky femme fatale.
